Redelivery/Rack/Vendor Problems
DELIVERY: For home-delivery messages received by 4 p.m. Mon-Fri, by 11 a.m. on Sun., we will be happy to deliver your replacement paper the same day if you live within the city limits of Enterprise. After that, we will deliver your paper the next day or credit your account.
RACK/Vendor:To notify us of a broken paper box or problem purchasing a newspaper, provide pertinent details. If you are a reporting a rack problem, please include the location of the rack.
