Enterprise women arrested on prostitution charges

Around midnight Friday, Enterprise police arrested three women on charges of prostitution and prohibited activities.
Constance McLeod, 26, of Cinema Drive, Enterprise, was arrested at one minute before midnight Friday by police and charged with prostitution and prohibited activities; Tiffany Pierson, 28, of Highway 134 East, Enterprise, was arrested and charged with prohibited activities; and Adell Stackhouse, 42, of Hildreth Street, Enterprise, was arrested and charged with prohibited activities.
Enterprise police transported the women to the Coffee County Jail. No bond has yet been set as of press time.
According to the Alabama Criminal Code (13A-12-121), prohibited activities can include, but are not limited to, committing an act of prostitution, soliciting, compelling or coercing any person to have sexual intercourse or participate in any natural or unnatural sexual act, deviant sexual intercourse, or sexual contact for monetary consideration or other thing of marketable value; cause or aid a person to commit or engage in prostitution; procure or solicit patrons for prostitution; provide persons or premises for prostitution purposes; operate or assist in the operation of a house of prostitution or a prostitution enterprise.
