Twenty-seven of Elba High School’s 66 graduates will finish the race with grade point averages of 92 or better, and collectively they are receiving half a million dollars worth of college and university scholarships.
Friday afternoon was a time to celebrate these accomplishments, as the high school held its annual Senior Recognition Day ceremony.
